KONDA Ara\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019n\u0131n yapt\u0131\u011f\u0131 bu ara\u015ft\u0131rmada, e\u015fcinsellerle ilgili olarak insanlara \u00f6ncelikle \u201cE\u015fcinsel bir kom\u015funuz size a\u015fure pi\u015firip getirse hangisini yapars\u0131n\u0131z?\u201d sorusu y\u00f6neltiliyor ve cevap olarak da \u015fu se\u00e7enekler sunuluyor:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Te\u015fekk\u00fcr eder, al\u0131r yerim<\/li><li>Al\u0131r\u0131m ama yemem, \u00e7\u00f6pe d\u00f6kerim<\/li><li>Kabul etmem<\/li><li>Di\u011fer<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Kat\u0131l\u0131mc\u0131lar\u0131n %51\u2019i \u201cTe\u015fekk\u00fcr eder, al\u0131r yerim\u201d derken %25\u2019i \u201cAl\u0131r\u0131m ama yemem, \u00e7\u00f6pe d\u00f6kerim\u201d \u015feklinde cevap veriyor. \u201cKabul etmem\u201d diyenler ise %21 oran\u0131nda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>B\u00f6yle bir gelenekte bile toplumun e\u015fcinsellere y\u00f6nelik bu ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 epey bir \u00fcz\u00fcc\u00fc olsa da rakamlar\u0131n umut verici taraflar\u0131 da var. KONDA Ara\u015ft\u0131rma ayn\u0131 soruyu May\u0131s 2012\u2019de de insanlara y\u00f6neltmi\u015f ve o zaman daha farkl\u0131 bir sonu\u00e7 ortaya \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>May\u0131s 2012\u2019de e\u015fcinsel kom\u015fudan gelen a\u015fureyi \u201cTe\u015fekk\u00fcr eder, al\u0131r yerim\u201d diyenlerin oran\u0131 %41, \u201cAl\u0131r\u0131m ama yemem, \u00e7\u00f6pe d\u00f6kerim\u201d diyenlerin oran\u0131 %28 ve \u201cKabul etmem\u201d diyenlerin oran\u0131 da %29 olarak belirlenmi\u015fti.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu a\u00e7\u0131dan bak\u0131nca, aradan ge\u00e7en 5 y\u0131ll\u0131k s\u00fcre\u00e7te \u00e7e\u015fitli etkenlerle sonu\u00e7lar olumlu y\u00f6nde de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015f. Fakat bu kadar ilerleme yeterli mi? Hay\u0131r. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc e\u015fcinsel ili\u015fkiler 1858 y\u0131l\u0131nda Osmanl\u0131 Ceza Kanunnamesi ile \u201csu\u00e7\u201d kapsam\u0131ndan \u00e7\u0131kar\u0131ld\u0131 ve 1923 y\u0131l\u0131nda kurulan T\u00fcrkiye Cumhuriyeti de bu konuda aksi bir tutum g\u00f6stermedi. Hatta 1923 y\u0131l\u0131ndan itibaren zaman zaman iktidara gelen muhafazakar partiler de (homofobik s\u00f6ylemlerine ra\u011fmen) bu konuda olumsuz bir yasay\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirmediler. 1858 y\u0131l\u0131ndan bu yana bu topraklarda e\u015fcinsel ili\u015fkilerin yasalar ile normal kar\u015f\u0131lanmas\u0131na ra\u011fmen, insanlar\u0131n yar\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fcinsel bir kom\u015fudan gelen a\u015fureyi hala yemiyor olmas\u0131, a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken \u00e7ok \u015fey oldu\u011funu g\u00f6steriyor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/i.postimg.cc\/qqzmcM3x\/2-6.png\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>KONDA Ara\u015ft\u0131rma\u2019n\u0131n 2017 y\u0131l\u0131ndaki raporunda e\u015fcinsellerle ilgili olan bir di\u011fer sorusu da \u201c\u00d6yle bir durum oldu ki, ya\u015fad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131z yerdeki belediye ba\u015fkan\u0131 adaylar\u0131n\u0131n herbirisi \u015fu \u00f6zelliklerden birine sahip.
