Mevcut yasalarda evlenen taraflar\u0131n kad\u0131n ve erkek olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi belirtilmiyor.<\/strong><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"c-article-content js-article-content article__content selectionShareable\">\n<p>Sand\u0131ktan de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fe &#8216;evet&#8217; \u00e7\u0131kmas\u0131 halinde, anayasadaki ilgili madde yeniden d\u00fczenlenerek &#8216;evlenen taraflar\u0131n kad\u0131n ve erkek olmas\u0131 gerekti\u011fi&#8217; ibaresi yer alacak.<\/p>\n<p>Referandum karar\u0131 meclisin alt kanad\u0131 ve Senato taraf\u0131ndan onayland\u0131. 2016 y\u0131l\u0131nda Aile Koalisyonu (Coalitia pentru Familie) adl\u0131 30 sivil toplum \u00f6rg\u00fct\u00fcn\u00fcn olu\u015fturdu\u011fu organizasyon, 3 milyonu a\u015fk\u0131n imza toplayarak anayasa de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi iste\u011fini meclise sunmu\u015ftu. Referandum karar\u0131 Roman Ordodoks Kilisesi ve Evangelist \u00f6rg\u00fctler taraf\u0131ndan desteklenirken Accept, MozaiQ ve TRANSform gibi LGBT haklar\u0131n\u0131 savunan topluluklar taraf\u0131ndan tepkiyle kar\u015f\u0131land\u0131. Baz\u0131 vatanda\u015flar yasan\u0131n de\u011fi\u015fmesi halinde toplumdaki nefret su\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131n ve e\u015fcinselli\u011fe dayal\u0131 mahalle bask\u0131s\u0131n\u0131n artaca\u011f\u0131ndan endi\u015fe ediyor.<\/p>\n<h2>LGBT\u0130 \u00f6rg\u00fctlerinden boykot \u00e7a\u011fr\u0131s\u0131<\/h2>\n<p>19 milyon n\u00fcfuslu Romanya&#8217;da referandum karar\u0131n\u0131n ge\u00e7erli olabilmesi i\u00e7in oy kullanma hakk\u0131 olanlar\u0131n en az y\u00fczde 30&#8217;unun sand\u0131\u011fa gitmesi gerekiyor.
