Ancak Phillips “standart i\u015f uygulamas\u0131n\u0131n e\u015fcinsel evliliklerine pasta yapmak olmad\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131” ve bunun “\u0130ncil’e tamamen ayk\u0131r\u0131 bir \u015fey olaca\u011f\u0131n\u0131” s\u00f6yleyerek \u00e7ifti reddetti.<\/p>\n

YARATICI SANAT\u00c7ILARIN KARAR VERME HAKKI OLDU\u011eUNU SAVUNDU<\/strong><\/p>\n

Philipps bunun yerine \u00e7ifte bisk\u00fcvi ve do\u011fumg\u00fcn\u00fc pastalar\u0131 gibi ba\u015fka \u00fcr\u00fcnler vermeyi \u00f6nerdi. Philipps “yarat\u0131c\u0131 sanat\u00e7\u0131lar\u0131n” satacaklar\u0131 \u015feylere karar verme hakk\u0131 oldu\u011funu da savundu.<\/p>\n

Colorado ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131kla m\u00fccadele yasas\u0131nda cinsel y\u00f6nelime dayal\u0131 ayr\u0131mc\u0131l\u0131\u011fa da yer veren 22 ABD eyaletinden biri. Craig ve Mullins de bu yasay\u0131 \u00f6ne s\u00fcrerek eyaletin Medeni Haklar Komisyonu’na ta\u015f\u0131d\u0131klar\u0131 davay\u0131 kazand\u0131lar.<\/p>\n

Benzer bir vaka\u00a0Kuzey \u0130rlanda<\/a>‘da da ya\u015fand\u0131. Bir e\u015fcinsel haklar\u0131 savunucusu “E\u015fcinsel evlili\u011fi destekleyin” yaz\u0131l\u0131 bir pasta yapmay\u0131 reddeden pastaneciyi mahkemeye verdi ve alt mahkemeyi kazand\u0131.<\/p>\n

Dava Belfast’taki y\u00fcksek mahkemeye ta\u015f\u0131nd\u0131 ve hen\u00fcz y\u00fcksek mahkeme karar\u0131n\u0131 vermedi.<\/p>\n
